Our Mission
We always knew we could build beautiful guitars. For 33 years we have been building custom doors, pooltables, and other works of art. We quickly found we could build Better guitars. Why? Because we knew more about Wood. We buy the finest hardwoods available, and sort out the best wood for our instruments. Major guitar builders have to use every piece of wood to maximize profits. We use only a small percentage for guitars. The rest is used for other projects that don't require the degree of perfection we need for guitars. Not only that, but we build each one by hand. Our ability to carve any design imagineable gives us the means to personalize an instrument as well. We can carve caricatures, logos, or any design that you choose. If you want a better guitar, for a lot less money than the major builders, get a Burly. We also have a couple feature that set us apart from the others. Our Internal Resonance System (Patent Pending) utilizes Tuning Forks machined into the central core. These forks recirculate the vibrations back into the strings greatly increasing the resonance and sustain. You can feel the difference from the first note. We also have eliminated the steel truss-rod, and replaced it with a Carbon-Fiber bar that is 7 times stronger, at 1/3 the weight. The CF bar also transmits vibrations better than steel, for a crisper, cleaner tone. And the good news is were just getting started. As time goes on we will come up with even more innovations.
